- All orders are processed the next business day. All orders are shipped within two to three business from order date direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Any tracking information provided from parcel services will also be provided to you via the email in your account.

- Returns & Replacements
- Order cancellations must be called into Wilson-Tek by the next business day. All returns must be for the same product or for a replacement product. Returns must also include all original packaging and receipts.
- Ordering
- All orders are processed the following business day of original purchase. This website is not a comprehensive catalog of the products and services offered by Wilson-Tek. Any product that you would need that is not featured on this website please call 812-841-1393 or email chris@wilson-tek.com for more information. Wilson-Tek can acquire any product that you may require.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments can be made via the web site by approved checks, money order, cashiers checks, or credit cards. Orders made by credit card before 2 p.m. are ordered that day. Credit card orders are filled the next business day. All credit card orders are also subject to a 2% transaction fee for the total amount of purchase including any shipping charges. Any orders made in check form will be ordered when the check has cleared the account. Checks can be mailed (email to request address) or can be picked up in person by a Wilson-Tek field representative.
- Viewing Orders
- To view any orders made simply click on the 'View All' link located in the 'My Orders' box which is typically located on the right of the website. Also you can click on 'My Account' to view any orders recently made.
- Updating Account Information
- To change any account information simply click on "My Account' to open your 'My Dashboard'. From here you are able to you company name, contact information, email, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and preferences.
- Working with Tags
- Tags are an easy way to save your favorite or most common ordered products. To tag an item go to the bottom of the products page to the 'Product Tag' section. You can use a single word, series of words, or a phrase to set up a tag. I.E. wood, label, etc. To use a phrase simply use single quotes ( ' ). I.E. 'wooden spoon'
- Comparing Products
- Comparing products allows you to get a side by side view of products you are interested in. This option helps you to narrow down which product you want by letting you view features, price, and product options all in one spot. To compare items just click on the 'Compare Items' link next to the 'Add to Cart' button.
